The short version. We collect the little we need to sign you in, take a payment and remember which cooks you have unlocked. We do not sell your data, and we never show a cook's phone number to anyone who has not paid for it.

What we collect

When you sign in

Your name, email address and profile picture from your Google account. We do not receive or store your Google password.

When you give it

Your phone number, so a cook can call you back. It is not shown publicly.

When you pay

Which cook you unlocked, when, how much you paid and the payment reference. Card and UPI details are handled by Razorpay and never reach our servers.

Automatically

Basic traffic analytics through Vercel: pages visited, rough location by country, device type. This is aggregated and is not used to identify you.

Why we hold it

What we never do

Cook information

Cooks are listed with their consent. Until a customer pays, the public directory shows only a first initial, the locality, and their experience and ratings. A cook's full name and phone number are released only to an account that has paid to unlock that cook. Cooks can ask to be removed at any time.

Who else sees it

They process it to provide those services, not for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Account and unlock records are kept while your account exists, because an unlock is meant to last. Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Ask us to delete your account and we will, apart from records we are legally obliged to keep.
