1. What Cookest does

Cookest is a discovery service. We list home cooks, show you what they can cook and how they have been rated, and let you pay to see one cook's name and phone number. We do not cook, deliver, or sell food.

2. What Cookest is not

• We do not employ the cooks. They are independent and work for themselves.
• We are not a party to whatever you agree with a cook, and we take no commission on it.
• We do not guarantee that a cook will accept your work, turn up, or suit your household.
• We do not supervise cooking, food safety or the ingredients used in your kitchen.

3. What you are paying for

₹49 reveals one cook's name, phone number and full profile. It is charged once for that cook, it does not repeat, and the cook stays unlocked on your account. Taxes are included. A coupon may reduce it. See the refund policy for when that charge is returned.

4. Your account

You sign in with Google. Keep your account to yourself: an unlock is recorded against it, and anyone signed in as you can see the cooks you have paid for. Tell us at try.catch.aditya@gmail.com if you think someone else has access.

5. Using the directory fairly

• Do not scrape, bulk-download or resell cook details. Cooks gave us their details to reach real customers, not to be put in someone else's database.
• Do not use a cook's number for anything other than discussing cooking work.
• Do not try to get around payment, or share unlocked contact details publicly.

We may suspend an account that does any of this.

6. Cooks on the platform

Cooks are listed with their consent and can ask to be removed at any time by writing to try.catch.aditya@gmail.com. We remove them promptly. Experience, ratings and skill levels come from the cook's own record and from customers, and we present them as we received them.

7. Liability

Because the arrangement is directly between you and the cook, Cookest is not liable for what happens under it, including work quality, timekeeping, damage, loss, or any dispute over money. What we are responsible for is the service we sell you: showing accurate profile information and releasing correct contact details when you pay.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top always shows the current version. If a change matters to something you have already paid for, we will not apply it retrospectively.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction.
